Day 1: Saturday
Arrival starts Saturday at 8:00am. Check in and get ready for our first Community Flow Yoga class and meditation workshop at 10:00am. This class is all-levels friendly. You'll enjoy a light lunch before having some time to settle into the Lodge and then join us for a Coffee Tasting. Hisega Adventure Lodge roasts all its own coffee on the premises and Tara, the lodge owner, will provide a delicious sampling of their coffee. Next we'll gather for a workshop centered around our theme of the Spring Equinox and connection to creativity and Sacral Chakra. We will guide you through a restorative yoga class and a meditative journey reconnecting you with your inner inspiration. After class we'll continue the flow of energy with a Creativity Jam session and then enjoy a delicious family style dinner. Following dinner — weather permitting — we will head to the fire circle for some singing and a fire ceremony to close out our night.

Tips for your Experience:
It all starts with attitude. Yogis of all skill levels can enjoy our classes, but that doesn't mean that there won't be challenges. Likewise, guided meditations can sometimes feel uncomfortable — Wade and Clarissa will do their best to help you make the most of these experiences in the most enjoyable way possible. Our goal is to help you break through your creative blocks and incorporate your creative mind into your life as a whole. If you have been having trouble coming up with creative solutions to problems, or if you're having difficulty with your creative pursuits, please feel free to share those experiences. Most importantly, come with an open mind and positive attitude. Some of the weekend's experiences may be new to you, but don't let that stop you from making the most out of the retreat.

Location:
Our adventures are all based out of the Hisega Adventure Lodge, a 111 year old lodge in the easternmost section of the Black Hills National Forest, twenty minutes from Rapid City Center. Here you can enjoy the sights and sounds of nature — the wind blowing through the ponderosa pines and the relaxing babble of Rapid Creek as it flows along the property.
